personal data protection.\nThis Privacy Policy describes what personal data we collect, the legal grounds for processing, the purposes for which the data are processed, how the data are stored and protected, and what rights you have as a data subject when using the website etest.mu-varna.bg, which provides on-line access to preparatory tests in Biology and Chemistry for prospective students.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data<br>We process your personal data on the following legal grounds:<br>- General class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Purposes of Processing<br>We collect and process your personal data in order to:<br>- Verify your identity during registration;<br>- Provide access to purchased electronic tests;<br>- Communicate with you when necessary;<br>- Ensure the technical and information security of the Website;<br>- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations;<br>- Subject to your Data Processed<br>Depending on the specific purpose and legal basis, we may process the following categories of personal data:<br>- First name and last name;<br>- Email address;<br>- Telephone number (provided the data is inaccurate);<br>- Request erasure of personal data (the \u201cright to be forgotten\u201d);<br>- Request restriction of processing by the controller or processor of personal data;<br>- Data portability between different controllers;<br>- Object to the processing of their personal data;<br>- Not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning the data subject or similarly significantly affects them;<br>- Seek protection through administrative or judicial procedures if their rights have been violated.<br>A User may request the deletion of personal data provided one of the following conditions applies:<br>- The personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;<br>- The User withdraws the consent on which the processing is based, and there is no other legal ground for processing;<br>- The User objects to the processing, and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing;<br>- The personal data have been unlawfully processed;<br>- The personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law applicable to the controller;<br>- The personal data were collected in relation to the offer of information society services to children and consent was given by the holder of parental responsibility for the child.<br>Users have the right to request restriction of processing their data by the controller when:<br>- The accuracy of the personal data is contested. In this case, the restriction of processing is for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the data;<br>- The processing is unlawful but the User opposes erasure and instead requests restriction of use;<br>- The controller no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes, but the User requires them for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims;<br>- The User has objected to processing pending verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the User.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Right to Data Portability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning them, which they have provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and has the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to whom the personal data have been provided where the processing is based on consent or on a contractual obligation<br>and is carried out by automated means.
