These General Terms and Conditions govern the rules for using the Website with domain etest.mu-varna.bg, which provides electronic training for prospective students of Medical University – Varna,hereinafter referred to as “the Website”..
The Website is maintained by Medical University “Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov” – Varna,with UIC 000083633, hereinafter referred to as “Operator”.To contact the Operator, you can use the following email:

The Website provides access to preparatory courses in “Biology and Health Education”and “Chemistry and Environmental Protection", developed in accordance with the curriculum content of the relevant secondary education subjects and with the requirements of the examination programmes for admission to Medical University – Varna.
The platform aims to support the self-training of prospective students of MU – Varna and other higher medical education institutions in the country. It may also be useful for preparing for the State Matriculation Examinations on the same subjects.
By accessing and using the Website, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions. If the user does not accept them, they should discontinue using the platform.
Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights relating to the information resources and content of the Website are exercised by the Operator. These rights are protected under the Copyright and Related Rights Act, and any use of content from the Website without the Operator's consent is a violation of the law, which may result in civil, administrative, or criminal liability.
- In the event of copying or reproduction of information beyond what is permitted, as well as any other violation of the intellectual property rights over the Operator's resources, the Operator shall be entitled to claim compensation for the direct and indirect damages suffered in full.
Limitation of Liability
- The Operator takes the necessary measures to maintain the content of the Website up to date, but is not responsible for its actual updated status. In connection with this, the Operator shall not be liable for damages, including direct and indirect damages or lost profits, which a user might incur in connection with the published content or access to the Website.
